imchaos links not working

I have an imchaos simple friend list link in my profile for AIM 5.9.3861. Last night all of a sudden, this link stopped opening in the AIM window, but instead brought up a new IE window with the message… “Error occured. Please go to IMchaos and recreate the link.”. This is not just happening with mine but with all imchaos users. Can AOL somehow change the way profile links are opened without changing AIM versions?

I’m sure they can if they want. I can only assume that there will be a new IMchaos service out soon that somehow gets past AOL again. Try contacting them.

It’s actually working again, however now the imchaos links open in a new IE browswer as opposed to the AIM window like they used to.
