what are peoples opinions on MP3 players or any other music device that uses smart media or media of the sort? My mom wants to get one for my sister as a present…she isn’t really the most technology smart person (no offense to her). Even when she reads things about them, she really doesn’t get much because normally it is tech talk. I have read a good amount about them and I haven’t been satisfied.
P.S. I would really only like info on players that only use smart media, memory stick, etc. Not the players that are combos between CD, CD-R, and MD then also an MP3 player attached to it.

not…Computer, mans best friend.Depends on how much you want to spend. I’d seriously look at the new Fuji Finepix 30i.
It uses SmartMedia memory cards, and not only plays MP3s, but it’s also a 2 megapixel digital camera, a webcam, a recorder (with a built-in mic) and can record brief videos. I want one!
