Hey…I get this annoying error message constantly when on Internet Explorer. When I go to right click on a site on the toolbar n clik maximize…An error message comes up saying a page fault n it like closes internet explorer and i have to go back to it..It’s very annoying..does anyone know what causes this and how can i fix it? thanks.
You may have accidentally picked up a bad file, I had that happen to me once. Try using spybot. Its free and gets rid of a lot of junk like Bonzi, comet cursor, etc.
Sounds like IE is installed incorrectly, have you tried reinstalling it? Is this IE6?
Yes this is IE6…and no i didnt try uninstalling it and reinstalling it…and dont feel like going thru that.
Uninstalling IE6 will give you more problems than you asked for. Just re-installing it might do the job. Then again, getting rid of your temporary internet files and disabling any toolbars/browser plugins might also.
