Hey, im looking for an irc bot that will kick, ban… and do certain things for the channel when people flood etc…
i want it to be simple and easy to use too…

If you want a bot that runs as part of your client, as shifter says it depends on what the client is. Trillian has some of these features built in, but its scripting is so shaky that what isn’t there can’t really be added. mIRC on the other hand has countless scripts available to it (use google to find them).

Eggdrop homepage and help site…
Dancer project page and dancer mod…
Darkbot main page…These are all, admittedly, a lot harder to setup for a novice than say, winbot, but they’re a lot more stable, a lot more scriptable, and have been around a lot longer (so there’s far more support for them)…
