Irremovable water droplet buddy icon?

I have the infamous water droplet icon as my buddy icon on AIM and I can’t get rid of it. I’ve tried uninstalling/reinstalling, using different versions, etc., and nothing allows me to delete it. Anyone know what the deal is? Thank you in advance.:)

go to buddy icons in prefrences and click on clear icon

thats weird….what is the icon you’re talking about? maybe post a screenshot. Do you happen to have linked screennames, and are you using a screenname that is NOT the default one when you are changing your preferences? You may be clearing your icon for your default sn instead…

go here and log in using the screen name with that icon-

I never heard of that website before, its great!
I tried applying one of the smiley sets, but it didn’t work.

Any thoughts why :confused:

i think for the smiley sets u need to b using 5.5+ cause they are stored on aols sever not your computer so u can use them anywere. also u now have to pay fot them unless u go to one click expressions and look through the free ones and sometimes they have good smiley sets included.

Maybe it is just that it isn’t going away on your computer. Maybe you just see it. I have a similar problem with buddy icons from badassbuddy.com. They just stop moving. Do your friends tell you that you still have the water droplet, or is it just you?
