Is it possible to log on invisibly with msn? I was able to do this with ICQ, but not with MSN. Can it be done? Right now i have to log on, and then go to “appear offline” mode… and i dont like that..

May 7, 2003 at 8:37 am #63043BrianMemberYou could try blocking all people (or the one you do not want to be seen by) on your list, and when you’re ready to talk, all you have to do is to unblock them. This is the only way I know is to sign on and switch to offline status real quick or do the block thing.

I do not know if it is any good, so check out -https://bigblueball.com/links/links_goto.asp?id=282 or browse through some helpful links – https://bigblueball.com/links/links_showall.asp?cat_id=23&parent_id=2&parent_name=Instant+Messaging&sub_name=MSN+Messenger .

You may want to try looking into Trillian. It has a incorperated feature that will allow you to log-in using the last state saved. So for example if last time you logged off in the Appearing Offline state, you will log-in using the Appearing Offline state.
Be sure to check out our Trillian forums for any Trillian-related questions.
