is MSN down?

is MSN down? I am having prbs signing into my MSN messenger. I am unable to sign in for 4 days now. I get this error msg

so I click on the help button to check the system status and it says

i mean, I haven’t been able to get on for 4 days now, and I wanna check to make sure that it’s not just me and i’m not doing anything wron because it’s not usally down for this long. I did read all the help files that you posted up and even searched for this question. is anyone unable to get onto their msn, and is it really down?

no..MSN is not down…I think it was about 2 or 3 days ago, but that was only for about 12 hours. So…ths service is ok.
