I have been searching for it forever. IS there any possible way I can get it? It is an existing screen name already, and it might be AOLed. Thanks in return.

To answer your question, nope, I don’t think you can, unless whomever has the screen name deletes it. Even then, you might be waiting a long time before they “free” it for use again. :confused:
Have you attempted to contact the current user? It’s possible that they might be willing to trade it for some other name — especially if it’s not their primary screenname.
It’s worth a shot.
Getting in contact with the person and trading is basically your only hope. I remember AOL always used to say deleted screen names would get recycled six months after its deletion, but I believe that to be untrue, and I have never seen anyone prove it to be true. I myself have tracked quite a few screen names over the years. The screen names would never show up, and though I realize you can allow only the people on your buddy list to see you’re online, I doubt all of them happened to be doing that. I’m sure some of them were actually deleted, yet even after a year, I was never able to make the screen name for myself.
