i was just wondering if there is a software or if there is something in yahoo messenger that allows you to get signed out without having to get into the keyboard of your pc. a software that has a timer where you can choose to sign out, lets say for example after 4 hours of voice chat and you already want to sleep and the person on the other line might just think that there had just been a problem with the server and you didn’t actually and intentionally signed out?

We can only answer the question you posed – which, as Ven0m said, is that we are not aware of software that would allow your contact to control Yahoo in the manner you described.
If this is something that troubles you, you might simply try asking your contact what happened.

This program will reboot or shut down my pc on a timer that i choose.
Yahoo will logout before it closes by design on a shutdown sequence.
I also tend to mess about on the pc while i lay in bed and been known to sleep and thus why i built it.
It’s not unheard of to think that person had not got something similar.
