iTunes "now playing" without admin rights

hey there. Does anyone know if there is a way to enable the now playing feature in WLM with itunes if you do not have an admin account.

i have two accounts on my machine, one that has admin privileges and one that does not. If i am logged on as an admin, the “now playing” feature works fine. It does not, however, work if i am logged in with limited rights. There must be a file somewhere that i need to give access to?

Anyone have any ideas or know if this is even possible?
