Hi. I’ve changed my password and i’ve forgotten what i’ve changed it to. when i tried to reagain it. it ask what’s my favorite pets name. but i’ve forgotten what it was. Can someone please help me. Thank you

You must contact the Hotmail staff to retrieve your password. Try the reset password function and after about 5 incorrect tries it will ask you if you want to contact Hotmail. Provide them with the information requested and they will reset your password.
