JBuddy Messenger and JBuddy Messenger Pro are multi-protocol, multi-platform IM clients ready for work. JBuddy Messenger supports AIM, ICQ, MSN, Yahoo and is free. JBuddy Messenger Pro ($30) adds support for Google Talk (and other XMPP/Jabber servers), Lotus Sametime, Microsoft Office Live Communications Server (LCS), and Zion Software’s JBuddy Message Server. Both JBuddy IM clients require java (at java dot com) to be installed and are available on Windows, Mac OS X, Linux, Solaris, AIX, HPUX, and any other java 1.4.1+ platform. In addition to a major overhaul of the Buddy List, JBuddy Messenger v3.0 adds support for enterprise instant messaging features including a powerful chat log browser, chat search engine, and spell checking. Further, v3.0 improves support for Microsoft LCS 2005, XMPP-based servers, and IBM Lotus Sametime v8.0.2 and introduces support for Microsoft Office Live Communications Server (OCS) 2007.

This has solid support for Microsoft LCS 2005 and OCS 2007 in addition to Lotus Sametime, XMPP and the public IM services (AIM, ICQ, Windows Live (MSN) and Yahoo Messenger).
The FREE license supports public IM. With a PAID license, the enterprise IM protcools as well as chat log search and spell checker are enabled. A FREE 30-DAY license is available to evaluate the enterprise IM features.
