Glastonbury, Connecticut – January 5, 2010 – Privately-held Zion Software, LLC today announced the release of JBuddy Messenger v3.2, a commercially supported, multi-protocol, cross-platform enterprise instant messaging desktop client solution. In addition to a major update to the LCS and OCS connectivity, JBuddy Messenger v3.2 adds new support for OCS multi-user chat conferencings, LCS and OCS file transfer, LCS/OCS address book server, and federated buddylist (AIM, etc) support.
“With JBuddy Messenger v3.2, we significantly improved Kerberos authentication and connection stability and introduced multi-user chat and file transfer for Microsoft LCS and OCS 2007 users. This is a ground up LCS/OCS implementation which will allow traditionally unreachable (e.g: Linux) users to participate in LCS and OCS networks.
