With Junk Emails do they delete themselves after a certain time period of 1-5 or 1-14 days?

To what email program are you referring? Hotmail?
In Hotmail, check your account settings and you mark junk mail to be deleted immediately. If this isn’t what you want then it looks like you have to do it manually yourself at a later time.
