i just installed messenger live…. when i click the icon nothing happens, i tried reinstalling it and the same thing happens??
no i dont, i just did a clean install of XP and its stil doing the same, i double click the msn icon and nothing happens…. when i click ALT+CTRL+DEL it shows it as running if i click msn again it just keeps opening more in the task manager just never opens the program?
Hi Runball.
Have u tried End Task on all the ones that show in Ctrl-Alt-Del “Processes”, then once they’ve all gone try starting it again afresh ?A long shot, but I’d suggest a 5% chance that that may work !?!
Apart from that, I’d wonder about obvious things like firewalls (does it work if/when u close any firewall) and viruses etc (r u sure your system is free of any nasties ?)
