laptop problems…

Hi,

My laptop has been acting very odd lately, it keeps lagging really bad and I keep getting pop-up’s when I have a pop-up blocker enabled…and I have done a Disk Clean up…Adaware removal…and a disk defrag…and I know its not a virus because I keep running it constantlyand nothing pcomes up and I dont know what it is …so if anyone could help me …please do…thanks.

If you have Windows 2000 or Windows XP go to the ‘Task Manager’ by pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL. Then go to the ‘Processes’ tab and sort by ‘CPU’. The program that uses most CPU constantly is the program that is lagging your computer.
