Contained in this thread is a list of the latest and most useful MSN Messenger add-ons and programs. If you have a new program which isn’t in the list and you wish to submit it, feel free to post in this thread.
If you do post in this thread, your program will be added, and your post will be deleted.

All attached files are in .zip format. You will need WinZip or WinRar to unzip these files.

Major MSN Messenger Patches and ProgramsMessenger Plus! – Available from MsgPlus.com
Possibly the most well known Plugin for MSN Messenger, Patchou’s Messenger Plus! allows you to add many more features to the standard MSN Messenger program. Messenger Plus! is compatible with the latest version of MSN Messenger. Added on 5/09/2005.
Messenger Discovery – Available from the official MessengerDiscovery website.
Messenger Discovery adds more features to the MSN Messenger client. Added on 5/09/2005.
StuffPlug – Can be downloaded from the official StuffPlug website.
An add-on which provides a similar function to Messenger Plus! and Messenger Discovery, adding even more features to MSN Messenger. Added on 5/09/2005.Mess Patch – Available from Mess.be, or alternatively, it is attached to the bottom of this post.
Mess Patch allows you to patch MSN Messenger with a vast range of customisations. Added on 5/09/2005.Emoticon and Display Picture Add-ons
CustoMess – Available from Mess.be or again, it is attached to the bottom of this post.
CustoMess for MSN Messenger 7 is a free and automatic installer for Emoticons, Display Pictures, Backgrounds and Fonts. Added on 5/09/2005.IDEP 2 – (Internet Explorer Display Picture) – Available for download from Mess.be or attached to the bottom of this post.
Timothy’s plugin for (Internet/Windows) Explorer allows you to right-click any JPG, JPEG, BMP, GIF, PNG file and automatically import it as your current display picture. Compatible with: MSN Messenger 6.1, 6.2 and 7. Added on 5/09/2005.Miscellaneous Add-ons
Server X – Can be downloaded here.
If the main MSN Messenger server goes down, then this program will allow you to connect to an alternative server, thus ensuring you can connect to MSN Messenger. Added on 5/09/2005.

Just for people who may suggest add-ons in the future. I’m not going to add them to the list above anymore, as myself and Jeff are working on something to group them all together in one convinient section. However you can still suggest add-ons via this thread, they won’t be ignored.
