Recently I went to http://www.aim.com and saw AimExpress. I thought that it was very interesting, I was wondering how to open a program like this in IE.

Well, I think I misunderstood your previous question. Are you wanting to know how you could make programs like AIM Express or were you asking how you could open/log in using AIM Express?
