Locking mouse

Hi I have this stupid annoying problem with my mouse I am suffering constant problems as mouse mouse stops responding after a certain time which means every time I reboot I have to reset it. Now here is a shoot of my task manager. Ive checked for conflicts and updated my drivers and the problem persists.

any help would be great

Please first run Ad-AwareSE and remove the crap from your computer. That might just fix it.

There are at least a few adware programs in there, including WebRebates. Do like David said and run Ad-Aware. I also personally like SpyBot, also free.

Webrebates, Zango and LogiTray are spyware, remove them as instructed above and try again.
