I was just wondering if there is a way to tell the last time someone logged into MSN?

Hi Douchtouch. There definitely is a way to tell that, by using Messenger Plus!
What version are you using? If you have Windows Live Messenger, then go here to get the appropriate version of Plus.
If you have 7.5 or older, go here to get it.
There is an event logger feature in this program, that lets you know of everything that’s happening with your contacts list when you’re on.
