hi guys, this problem is with my friends email address, he changed his password and after that, messenger doesnt let him sign in, and displays the incorrect password error, though he can sign in correctly from the browser. He changed the secret question and password twice, but the problem still persists … any ideas?
Doesn’t MSN messenger have a password size limit? I remember one time I had a long password for my hotmail account, and I tried signing in to MSN messenger and it didn’t work. I forget why but it occurred to me to only use the first 13 letters of my password and then it signed on. I forget why I chose that number. Maybe I read it somewhere. That could be it although that was with a version before MSN messenger 6.0.
