Hi,
I often do not receive messages that people have sent, and likewise mine do not always arrive. Friends often paste the chat from their window to mine and it shows message that I certainly did not ever receive.
This is most annoying. Has anyone else experienced this?
I am using a modem router to which my PC is connected via a network cable.
Any help would be apprecited.

Hi there,
Just recently, MSN’s servers experienced technical difficulties that have caused a lot of instability on the network. The problems its caused include the problem you’ve described.
I assure you MSN are always working at fixing and improving their servers. Unfortunately there is not much you can do to fix that, aside from being patient 🙂
