ive have had trouble today after my pc crashed ive lost my password i know its the right one as i have it saved i dont want to loose this pasport as its a 30 mb one can anyone help me plz margret xxx:(

Try contacting customer support, if you do not remember your password and your secret question there is nothing else you can do I’m afraid
