Guys I have a problem… My girlfriend forgot what her password is for AIM and I soon want to format her hard drive and reload windows. She didnt register her AIM with a legit email address so that means they cannont email her her password. Is there and way else to get the password .. from my understanding AIM 5.5 does not store the password locally only some variables. Is there any possible way to get he password… Please let me know.
P.S. I dont know of any password recovery programs that will work because the password field doesnt not use astreiks
you could try actually registering the illegitimate e-mail address, if you can, and then having AIM email her.
has she used the save password feature? if so you can save the encrypted registry key. you just cant decrypt it to find out what the actual password is.
