Memberi recentlyhad problem which is the second time happening ever since installing windows live messenger,i mean i would log out then few hours later log back in with my display name automatically changed already to its default display name which is my id to sign on messenger ex: (dsal@gmail.com) and that would be my default, so i would need to rename again the what my display name was few hours ago, does anyone know why it renames to the id? could it be the msn server having a problem with their display name? or did someone else unexpected signed on my id and that was the cause of it changing?, if anyone else encountered this problem, it just happens sometimes out of the few months had the new msn, not always, so far just 2 times, it would change back to that default display name whenever i sign in back later on. could it be their servers that resests, changes the name or something else, like someone log in my id? thanks.

MemberThis is due to a change in the way MSN (the network) handles non-MSN associated passports. It shouldn’t be a persistent problem though…so it might be something bigger than that.

MemberHmm Thanks, i think your right that it might be the way msn handles the passport, yea it did happen more than once but it doesnt happen like everyday sometimes once per week, sometimes once per month, its sort of random but never did happen sooner than a week, i think its nothing aswell though even though it happened more than once, but now a seem to have a newer problem which winks area doesnt load up when i start live, not even the news popup that appears, so i head out to MSN.com and to my suprise it gives me the 400 error which is the page cannot be found error, at that time i though msn site must of went down or something, so 1 week later, its still down and im thinking that the main site would be down so long?, so i head on over to another computer and acess the site from there, amazinly it works fine the site on that comp but on mine it acts as the site has been removed or is down, and its still happening, but the country specific sites (such as Sympatico / MSN for example works fine), not sure why.
