Patchou has done it again! Patchou updates Plus! with this stunning new version, and its no longer a beta!. Plus! version 2.10.32 includes tons of bug fixes and a few new commands. Included is new sounds and a new way to easily change your Nickname and colors. Typing /nick [new nick] will now instantly change your nickname. No more need for 3rd part tools to do it. This feature even includes the ability to use colors in the /nick command. Of course, ever since Patchou first brough out sound commands, everyone has wanted more. Well, Patchou brings 5 new ones. Ill let you figure out what they say, but Patchou didnt hide them this time, all you have to do is in the message window, click Plus! -> Send Command -> Sounds, and choose a sound! Its so easy!
Plus! also now comes is 27 different languages. From English to Hebrew and beyond, not only that, but languages that read from right to left now show up the correct way. No more trying to learn English just to use Plus!
Patchou also updated his site (looks great GFD). Patchou’s new site has tutorials and a store. Patchou’s site now has links to the Official Community IRC Chat Room (irc://irc.msgplus.net) and of course the Official Messenger Plus! Forums, as well as my “Alternate Support Forums” .
Thanks to my co-admin for this rewiew.

May 4, 2003 at 6:33 pm #63170Jeff HesterKeymasterDoes anyone know if there’s a way to detect if the person you’re chatting with is also running Messenger Plus!?? Some of the features (like the sound commands) will only work if they are, and it would be nice if there were a way to automatically detect this.

@ Jeff, That sounds like a great idea, however, how would it be done? Would it add (Plus!) to the end of your username or something? And then (Plus!) would be filtered out by Plus! Members? Sounds like a neat idea. Patchou is currently going to iron the bugs out of Plus! 2.10 and then he is going to take a break for a while (he deserves it). I will mention this feature to him, and maybe in the next version, he will add it. It seems like alot of people want that feature. Patchou likes to please the people, so maybe he will 😀 😎May 6, 2003 at 2:05 pm #63172detn8rParticipantI was thinking maybe instaed of having the original MSN online/away/busy/offline image it had one of these: .
May 6, 2003 at 9:07 pm #63174DXtremzMemberIt would be impossible. The other person would have to download the icons, and thats not possible unless they click “Accept” or something. That would be quite a pain.
