When I open MIE, there is a blue bar on my toolbar. It has some weird stuff on it. When I right click my toolbar, it says THISDASHKEEP. I’m guessing that that’s the blue stuff. So I uncheck it, but when I go to another website, it comes up again!! Any idea what that is? And if so, how do I get rid of it? I ran several spyware checks and other stuff like that, and they all came up clean….
Have you installed Messenger Plus 3 Recently? If you have installed it, you might of installed the Messenger plus sponser program.
Hm… Try going Start>My Computer>Local Disk (C:)>Program Files and look for somthing in there that looks suspicious or new.
OK. I checked out my whole C drive. I deleted anything that looked weird, or that I haven’t seen before. But it’s still there!! I even re-installed MIE. Maybe one of my files have been corrupted? UGH…. this is getting really annoying.
In your IE window go to View > Tool bars > uncheck one’s undesired to be used.
If not, run an up-to-date spyware check.
If still nothing clears up, post a screen shot of it so that we can take a looksy.
I already did those things. And, uhh, I don’t know how to show my browser. I know how to do my desktop and stuff, but not my browser.
uum, open IE, and press ALT Prt Scrn (as a normal screen shot). Then open your desired graphic program. MSPaint will work fine. Paste it, and save it, and upload it to a host. Link-to it here. Volia.

The ‘problem’ also resets my homepage to the site that the picture shows, almost everytime I restart MIE.
Ouch!
Try uninstall and remove everything :: go to http://www.mysearchnow.com/help.html
Hope it will help you get the junks uninstalled/removed from your system!
there’s also Spybot Search&Destroy and Ad-Aware, those should be able to remove anything left over…. just google for them
