MemberLooking at the list, there might be very valid reasons why the staff members on the lower end of the scale have not been around, ie holidays etc.
Personally though I think it would merit an email to request if they still want to be members on the staff, if they have not been active for say a period of two months. But that is just my point of view.
There are some very eager members out there that would relish the chance to be staff members.

KeymasterI’ve sent the following message to the three staff members who haven’t at least logged on in the past three weeks (shmanky, sciencefeeling and quietbritishjim):
Quote:I appreciate your past contributions to BigBlueBall, and your willingness to help out. I need to know if you are still seriously interested in being involved in BigBlueBall. I can’t have staff members who don’t login or participate — it is demoralizing for those staff members who are active. It’s perfectly fine if you don’t want to or don’t have the time, but if you want to stay involved, you’ll need to participate at least once a week (although there are obviously exceptions when life gets busy — we just need to know about it).Let me know either way. If I don’t hear from you by Wednesday, I’ll assume that means you’re not interested.
Just so you know, you are not being singled out. This message is going out to three staff members who haven’t been at least logged on in the past three weeks.
If you have any concerns, complaints or questions, please contact me.

ParticipantI’m here sometimes, I don’t post much so I feel a bit guilty ;( princeG has been doing a good effort in the MSN Messenger section. It was over a month between my last two posts.

KeymasterI’ve heard back from two of the three —
Shmanky is going to step down from his role on the ICQ Team for now. He has objections to some of the advertising that appears here at BigBlueBall. He raises some good points which I will address seperately, and he has offered to help work with me to resolve. Keep your eyes peeled for a big ICQ fan to help re-energize that team.
Sciencefeeling is also going to take a break, though she may be around now and then participating as a member. If you know of any IM-saavy Spanish-speaking folks, we really need some help kick-starting that forum.
I haven’t heard from Quietbritishjim. He participates, but very sporadically. As someone who has developed some great plug-ins for Trillian, it would be a shame to see him go, but we really need someone actively involved. This is a good opportunity to bring in an avid Trillian fan!
Thanks to everyone for keeping the Team Leaders informed on your status, for being involved, and for helping us grow! In case you haven’t noticed, the past few afternoons we routinely have over 1,000 people on the forums at any given time.

ParticipantI’ve been a Trillian user for two years now and I read all the threads over there anyway; so if you need someone Jeff, I can do it.
