Moving Buttons

Has anyone had any success moving buttons? Say putting the “add buddy” button back on the bottom where my “video” and “games” buttons used to be (til I removed them)? How did you do it?

or rather can anyone tell me where to find where the actual IM box is set up so I can move them myself?

the IM window doenst exist. what you can do it make a button up on the menu. thats what I did with the Profile button.
