Is there a way to make an MP3 cd that is “open” so I can add music to it but while its “open” I can listen to it, with a regualar CD-R? On my old computer it came with adaptec easy CD creator and you could make an “open” disc, and we used that to store our Digital Pictures on, we could add to it but we could also read from it.

Personally thinking (meaning I have not tried it), if it’s only a data CD, you shouldn’t have any problems playing it if it’s not finalized.January 23, 2005 at 4:55 am #112473SpecializedMemberActually, I think that the scenario miltonbulldog09 is describing is possible, if in fact you can make these “picture” cds that you speak of. But, why would you do this if you could just buy / use a few more cds. They go on sale almost every other week – you can get them for close to 10$/50-pack which is actually quite high considering I get mine on Black Friday- for free 😀
