MemberI would like to know how to delete certain files or programs off of the msconfig screen. (Run>Msconfig>Startup) I want to know how to get stuff off of the list. Does anyone know how? For example I want to get rid of BearShare and it wont let me. This is on the MsConfig Startup list.
Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition
Thanks a lot in advance!

you can delete the entries that arent being used (but be careful).also go to HKLM > Software > Microsoft > SharedTools > MSConfig > startupreg and remove any entries in there that aren’t being used, again being careful.

MemberEach tab is for startup, there might be programs listed in each tab. It will list all of them and allow you to delete the unchecked ones from msconfig.
