I would like to know how to delete certain files or programs off of the msconfig screen. (Run>Msconfig>Startup) I want to know how to get stuff off of the list. Does anyone know how? For example I want to get rid of BearShare and it wont let me. This is on the MsConfig Startup list.

start > run > regedit

navigate to HKCU > Software > Microsoft > Windows > CurrentVersion > Run (also check Run Once) then do the same for HKLM.
you can delete the entries that arent being used (but be careful).

also go to HKLM > Software > Microsoft > SharedTools > MSConfig > startupreg and remove any entries in there that aren’t being used, again being careful.

I dont see and HKCU or HKLM all I see is : (Attachment)

It only displays a few startup programs..I dont know how to get rid of the rest..

Anything that might help me?

Each tab is for startup, there might be programs listed in each tab. It will list all of them and allow you to delete the unchecked ones from msconfig.

Oh..That method didnt work for me..I downloaded Tweaknow RegCleaner and ran a scan and deleted 750 invalid registries.

yes you do. sorry, i should have been more clear on that… HKCU is short for HKey Current User and HKLM is short for HKey Local Machine.
