Hi all,
Is there any difference between downloading the various regions? I am in Australia so what should I just download?

As far as I’m concerned there is no difference between the yahoo messengers in US and Australia since both use english as the primary language. My best guess is that they just have them there to serve those that speak other languages and for faster downloads as well. Either way, since you live in Australia, I would suggest you just get the Australia one.

I’m in N.Z., but I prefer to D/L the “U.S.” version of such things, figuring that it’s perhaps the “biggest”, or “main” one.
I’ve used “US” version for years, thru all the various upgrades, with never any problem. (Though I agree with M-G, PROBABLY there’s only minor cosmetic difference…. but there’s been some discussion on here about “limitations” in the UK version I think, so… why risk anything Less than the Best ?!) 😉
