All of my MSN contacts show that they are offline when I log on even though that they are online. The only way I can communicate with them is if they initiate the conversation first, and then on my end it still shows them offline. This is with MSN 6.1. I never had this problem with any of the earlier versions. Anyone know whats up with this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

They cant have blocked him because he can communicate with them if they initiate the conversation. You cant start a conversation with someone you have blocked. why would you want to?
Get a packet logger like Ethereal and examine the getbuddies protocol message. If you’re too lazy to do that, reinstall MSN.
