Can some1 help me? I had msn 6 preview messenger for about a month. I did a defragment on my computer and my messenger started messing up. The window that shows u when an email or buddy signs on pops up msn messenger freezes. I see a black outline of where the pop up window is but the inside is all clear. Next it goes to send an error report then exits out itself. I unistalled and reinstalled msn messenger 6 (not the preview)and have the problem. I tried to repair it with the msnmsgs.msi file but that didnt help either. What can I do to fix this problem?
well I dont think this is caused by Defragmenting your drive… try upgrading ur MSN version to 6.0.0602 from http://messenger.msn.com as you have the preview version…
