although their source is also neowin, but I am not gonna try it till I hear the reviews….Well, here is your first review. It looks and runs exactly the same as the previous Beta versions of 6. I imagine it is less buggy, but I have never encountered any problems on my systems. I did have to uninstall MSN Messenger 6 Preview before I could get a complete install, as it kept freezing while looking for Installed Software before this. All in all its a great IM client, but the install file is a big one sitting at just under 8 MB.
well big file is not a problem for me…. the only problem is will the old polygamy patch work with it??? also, someone said its a spyware…. is it true??? i dont want my privacy to be leaked…. although I personally dont think MSN will make a spyware, but who knows as we all know that XP has 20% bandwidth reserved via which it sends info to microsoft, so can MSN messenger…
Polygamy patches really aren’t directly regarded as “invading another’s privacy”, so you can go right ahead EvilSeph. Share away!

Well to be honest, this patch isn’t specifically made for MSN Messenger 6, it is actually made for MSN Messenger 5 by Asdfuae. It removes the MSN Messenger ad at the bottom of the contact list and allows you to sign in MSN with multiple accounts.

Alternate Download HereThanks for trying EvilSeph, but as this topic is about MSN Messenger 6, a polygamy patch for that version would be more helpful. I don’t believe any are available as of yet for build 6.0.0603, but I am sure a few will pop op over the next few days. 🙂
It should say that the Patch may possibly work, it has worked for everyone on the Messenger Plus! forums, im surprised it doesn’twork for you :S

i dont think polygamy patch of v5 will work on v6.0.603 …. u wanna know why?
1) The patch of 6.0.0268 never wrked for 6.0.503
2) the file size of both the MSN 5 and 6.0.603 are fully diffrent…. u know what a patch does?? well, first of all a gud patch will check for the file size…. if the file size is correct, then only it will apply the patch…
well if the patch is made by some kid, then he might forget to apply the size check… if size is not checked then the next thing that will happen is ur MSN is corrupted as patches are designed to either edit / delete a particular code from ur .exe/.dll file!!! editine/del the particular line causes the program to change its wrking… if the patch is wrong, then it might del/edit some line which may be imp for proper functioning…. it may even cause ur MSN to even load….. so I advissee u better get a patch for the version u r using…. by the way whats ur MSN version???I got this one here :
