MSN Messenger 6 install prob with XP Pro

I get an error that says “cannot access network location common administrative tools/.all users” and then the install quits…anyone know what the problem might be?

Are you logged in as the System Administrator?

Your on a network, correct?

Yeah, I’m in as Superuser, and No I’m not on a network, that’s what I don’t understand.

Are you the only account on the computer? Is there an account called “Owner”? If so, try that.

no there is administrator and a guest account, thee guest account is off
