can someone please help me sort this out?
i had a problem with windows live messenger, basically i could not view other peoples personal messages or see their picture, and they cant see my picture either.
i was advised it was because of zone alarm, and to disable it when i start windows then sign in then start zone alarm. it seemed to do the trick however as soon as i started zone alarm after, it would sign out and sign back in automatically and then the same thing happens cant view pic or personal message and vice versa.
i went back to msn messenger 7.5 and the same thing seems to be happening, can someone please help me?
What version of Zone alarm do you use?
