MSN Messenger with other email addresses??

It’s possible to get on Msn messenger using something else than an MSN or Hotmail address??

Yes, it is. i use my gmail address.

So when someone sends you an email to your Gmail account, do you then get a notice on your msn messenger too like if you were using a Hotmail one?

No.

But you can set up Messenger Plus and it will get other POP mail. I dunno if it’ll work for gmail though. Why not install Google Talk for that?

gmail has it’s own notification you can download. it’s similar to outlook express. a little envelope sits in your task bar and becomes highlighted in blue when you receive mail.
