Msn Related Problem Please help

I’m being harrassed via MSN Messenger and I’ve tried blocking, but he is still managing to get through somehow. He is contacting me saying he works for msn and has given me some address in surrey. He has made numerous threats to suspend my account and after being informed his conversations where being recorded he got verbally abusive. Does anyone have any suggestions for stopping this harrassment?

If he contacts me i will record a video of him doing this and load it on here for others to see if that is permited here.

best thing to do is get a new e-mail address. but what you can do is e-mail microsoft networks themselves and complain about this person.
