Anyone knows the average MSN transfer rate for a 56k dial up connection?
When the internet isn’t busy with other pages of course.

It generally isn’t as fast as a download from a normal website, on 56k you’re looking at 5-6Kbps, roughly.

MSN Messenger transfer rate will be a touch lower, somewhere between 4 and 5Kbps. Of course, the connection speed of the other person will affect it too.
