Hey guys, I was trying to test msn 8 beta and when I check my winks they’re all gone. I tried to switch back to msn 7.5 and they’re still gone. But when I click on the “Winks” button in the conversation window i’s there but when I click on more winks, or my wink to see all of my winks non of them show’s up. How can I fix this? Tx
Had you installed any winks other than the default ones that msn has?
I haven’t used the beta version of Messenger yet, but I suppose it asks you to uninstall the previous version first. So it’s possible that your winks were deleted the moment you uninstalled 7.5 and now only the default winks are available.
Someone correct me if I’m wrong cause as I said I haven’t used this beta version yet so I don’t know what happens with winks.My default winks doesn’t show either. When I click on the “Winks” button on the chat window i see the winks. But when I click on more I don’t see any winks. I don’t see the default nor my custom winks.
Uninstall Windows Live Messenger and also msn 7.5. Then make a fresh clean re-installation of Msn 7.5 and see if the winks will appear this time.
I had no problems upgrading to Beta 8 and using the default winks, though I didn’t have any purchased ones beforehand.
