My accounts locked?

Why the heck is my account locked? I just loged on to messenger and a little notice poped up and dais that my accounts been locked for security reasons? Not sure why, I don’t do anything I shouldn’t.

There was a guy in a UK chat the other night saying he could steal passwords and loaded up some program that got someones password… not sure if it was real or fake though so I deceided to change my password. The first 1 was secure but I decided to use a longer password.

Any ideas?

EDIT: Just gone to http://login.yahoo.com/config/login – loged in then tried messenger bu tI’m still getting the same security thing.

When you went to that login url, did it fail the first time, and if so, you need to ignore that and do it the second time, this will succeed after you verify you are human by reading the word from the distorted picture.

If not, within 24-48hrs you sould again have access to the account in question.
