MemberI have a problem. Someone is able to get into my Yahoo messenger and read my conversations that I have had with other people. How do I get this to stop? Yes, I have changed my passwords several times but it keeps happening. I am aslo running Webroot spy sweeper so, there are no keyloggers on my computer.
Questions: Is there anyway to find out who is doing this?
How do I get it to stop?
Thanks,

MemberOne spy removal program is not usually enough…I’d suggest downloading another and try scanning for things separately. ALSO, if you have a trojan, most anti-spy programs are not going to catch that. You may want to try a trojan removal program. Do you have an anti-virus program on your PC?? I’ll edit this post in a bit and put some links here that you can visit…or you can always search our site and you’ll find the links here.

You might also want to view this thread, which is one related to system security in some forums I run. It has alot of resources in it regarding Adware and Spyware, also firewalls and antivirus protection. Hope they help.

MemberWhen this happens, do you check your list of running programs? Also, do you use this account on more than one PC? what version of Windows and Messenger are you running? Do you archieve your messages? Does anyone else use your PC?

MemberHi scottntx,
Right-click on your windows’s taskbar and choose “Task Manager”. Click on the “Processes” tab. Please list everything you see on there here so I can analyze what is running on your computer. Do this after you had use Norton, Ad-aware, Spybot, Spysweeper with the lastest updates.
