Hey I have recently bought a new computer and downloaded Napster on it. I have Napster on my old computer and have upwards of 40 songs saved on it. When I sign in with my username and password into Napster on my new computer all my songs are in the Library, but whenever I try to play the songs it only plays 30 seconds of them as if I hadn’t payed for them. The same thing happens when I try to burn the songs onto a CD. It says I need to pay for them. Any ideas on how to fix this or get my songs to play normally?
I still can’t get it to work, and I AM NOT going to pay for them again! HELP!?
Bye bye to the songies.
I figured out what you have to do: My Account > Sync/Resync Tracks and they will all be re-saved onto the new computer for free. (Note: If you do this you can only have the songs saved for free on 3 computers)
