Need Help

I’ve tried removed American Online Desktop, but it’s still on my desktop, which says add/remove from the program list. I follow the direction, I’ve even tried typing it in the run program, but it said the file wasn’t found, but it’s still on my desktop and won’t remove from my add/remove programs. If anyone can help with my problem, I’d glad appreciate it.

Start>>Search>>For Files or Folders then search your c: for all the america online stuff that you don’t want. then try deleting it that way. hope this helps
