Need help removing NEW AIM trojan

I have been looking for a solution to a virus(trojan or whatever it is) on my AIM. The following text is always in my away message and links to “http://www.percentn.com”: “The time is now.The time here. %n’s journal. I came. I saw. I conquered.” How do I get rid of this nuisance, I have noticed that similar types of problems have been solved in the past(realphx.com, etc.). Does anyone know how to solve this? Thanks.
