my msn wont work and i dont know y i try to re download but it still wont work so if i could get some help that would be grate

Don’t want to sound “mean” or anything. But we can’t help you if you don’t give a little more descriptive question.. Such as what exactly is wrong? Do any errors come up? Something not working could mean alot of things.
