ParticipantBe advised, that if you are still connected, you may have a very limited contact list you can actually connect with. The main service is still down (2:08AM EST)

MemberTo check out the status, always visit the Messenger Service Status Site. (This can easily be accessed from the help tab in messenger).
At the moment it explains that the service is “temporarily experiencing difficulty”.

MemberNothing to do with MSN Messenger 7.
I have 6.2 and I had the problem, as I found out, so did many of my contacts.

MemberI didnt mean the client exactly.
I was wondering if there where any changes in preparation for the new MSN Messenger 7 from the server side, as in a new MSNP version.

MemberI doubt there would have been any changes to the Service.
On a side note, at *looks at clock* 16:03 GMT, it’s down again.
See the Service Status page. http://messenger.msn.co.uk/Status.aspx
