Is anyone else experiencing this? Since mid afternoon yesterday, the status message reads “Not Sca…..”. I’m assuming this means “Not Scanned”. Is there an over-all problem? Webcam and chatroom scans appear to be working.
Also, can someone please tell me how to expand the columns. I can’t seem to do it.

From what I know of mine, if the user is offline, it will come up as not scanned. But that is mine.
To expand the colums, the divider line between the colums headers, (i.e. the line found between “user name” and “status”) if you put your mouse there, a thing looking like a plus sign will show up if you’re right on it. Click on it and move your mouse to the right.

Thank you scorp….I followed your directions for the column expander.
But as far as the “not scanned” status indicator, your experience is not mine. Until yesterday I had always received “online” or “offline” indications. I checked history and it seems to have gone awry at approximately 1:30 p.m. yesterday (eastern daylight savings time). I’ve checked directly with one of my contacts who is indeed online and still coming up “not scanned”.

Question Isa … when you go to the page to scan someone, in the upper right hand corner are Scan Options. Are any of those little boxes unchecked? Just wondering …….
