New Email Virus?

My dad sent me an email this morning about a new virus that has been circulating recently. If you get an email that has the subject line “Life is Beautiful” with a powerpoint attachment, you should delete it immediately. Has anyone heard if this is legit, or is it just a rumor?

Well I had a look into it and it looks like a hoax. See attached thread for more information.

Saying that if you get any emails with attachments that are from an unknown sender I would delete them anyway. Better safe than sorry! :0)

Yeah i totally agree with sarahtowny i looked into it also and it is, in fact a hoax.

A site I have found that is real helpful for discovering a hoax is Symantec
nicely listed in alphabetical order you’ll find yours listed there too Gossipingrae.
